Never write a paper - ever

So here's the situation:

Paper needs to be about 6 pages - it is currently 2 1/2.
Needs to be in by tomorrow but I phoned and got an extension (feels like uni all over again)
Needs to be reasonable enough to send to my colleagues to add to/edit by the end of today
My brain is hurting cos my words are all lost
I now have a one week backlog of stuff I haven't done while I have been writing this wonderful papaer and as I am out of the office for most of next week that is only going to get worse.
And the paper I have written is crap but it is the best I can do - I think that I have learnt that I am not good at writing papers and will never agree to do it again.

Oh well Derby this evening for another few days i na tent, before heading off to Leicester to look at racing cars *g*
